After 27 years of full time service these are the neighborhoods I know very well, I know the floor plans of many of the houses and I can help point out the good and bad things about the houses and locations.
I have been especially active in Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Saugus and Canyon Country. I have also handled sales in the immediate areas such as Castaic, Agua Dulce, Acton and the San Fernando Valley.
